module 'scipy' has no attribute 'io'の対処

環境

  • windows8.1
  • python3.5

scipy.io.wavfile.writeを使いたかったが、import scipyだけでは下記のエラーが出た

AttributeError: module 'scipy' has no attribute 'io'

解決法

こちらに従い、下記のようにすれば動作した

sample.py
import scipy
from scipy import io
from scipy.io import wavfile

原因

こちらによると、import パッケージ名ではパッケージ内のモジュールにはアクセスできない。
そのためimport パッケージ名.モジュール名する必要がある。（またはfrom パッケージ名 import モジュール名）
