こちらでインストールした Ubuntu 20.10 にシリアルで接続しました。
Raspberry Pi に Ubuntu 20.10 をヘッドレスインストール
Ubuntu 20.10 はデフォールトで、/dev/ttyS0 が使えます。
Raspbian から cu で接続しました。
sudo cu -s 115200 -l /dev/ttyS0
