Windows7を再インストールしたマシンが手元にあったので、Epsonさんが作ってくれた
「Windows 10へのアップグレードを無効にするプログラム」

を試してみる。

gwx_stop.batを管理者権限で実行

何回かEnterキーを押して終了、そして再起動。

見事に消えている！
が、諸悪の根源KB3035583自体は残っていた・・・。
