Termux で pkg からインストールした素の状態の CUI の vim を python コードをハイライト付きで閲覧、編集できるようにする（コンパイルは無し）。
シンプルな方法で（プラグインマネージャーを使わずにということで、マニュアルインストールという）。
まず、.vimrc というファイルが存在しないのでつくる。
vim ~/.vimrc
.vimrc に以下を書き込む。
syntax enable
set tabstop=4
set shiftwidth=4
set expandtab
set number
filetype indent on
set autoindent
保存。
:w!
デレクトリをつくる。
mkdir -p ~/.vim/syntax
~/.vim/syntax以下にpython.vimというファイルをつくる。
cd ~/.vim/syntax
python.vimに python シンタックスハイライトのプラグインのスクリプトを貼る。

コピー、ペーストが大変な場合は、ターミナルエミュレータで、wgetを apt インストールしたうえで、
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hdima/python-syntax/master/syntax/python.vim
vim でファイルを開く（↑の方法で wget でダウンロードした場合、ファイルはすでにある）、もしくは新たに python.vim というバッファをつくる（ターミナルで、↓）。
