iOS8 で Game Center が使えなくなった時の対処方法

アプリの開発時に、iOS8 で Game Center を使おうとしたら、以下のエラーがログに出力されてサンドボックスによる動作確認ができなくなってしましいました。

Failed to authenticate local user The requested operation could not be completed because this application is not recognized by Game Centre.

対処方法は、
[設定]-[Game Center]で[サンドボックス]をオン
です。
