以下の方法でローカルのキャッシュを削除する

Command+Shift+G で以下フォルダを開く

~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Excel/Data/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/

ファイル名ぽいフォルダがあるのでそれを削除
