vagrantのコマンドに
su と打って date -s "2018/04/13 20:20:20"（←その時の日時を入力） でEnterし、dateで確認すると変わっています。
TwitterOmniAuthなどを使っていてvagrantの時刻がずれているとエラーが発生するのでこれで対処しています。
vagrantの時刻がずれない方法はないのか。。。
