djangoでtemplateのhtmlファイルがUnicode Decode Errorになる

UnicodeDecodeError at ＜htmlのディレクトリ＞
'utf-8' codec can't decode byte ｘｘｘ in position ｘｘ: invalid start byte

該当のhtmlに日本語が入っているとエラーになる。

原因

VSCodeで作成したhtmlファイルがなぜか、"Shift JIS"に

UTF-8に変更して保存して解決
