Google Play Consoleで手動公開設定をする方法です。
デフォルトが審査通過時に即時リリース設定になっているため、アプリの公開日時を手動で設定したい場合は以下の手順で可能です。

環境

chromeブラウザ

手順

  1. Google Play Consoleで該当のアプリに遷移

  2. 左側メニューの[公開の概要]をタップ

  3. 管理対象の公開のステータスの[管理対象の公開をオンにする]をタップ

  4. [管理対象の公開：オン]を選択し保存
