手順

コマンドプロンプト >> control[Enter] >> システムとセキュリティ >> Windows Defender ファイアウォール >> Windows Defender ファイアウォールを介したアプリまたは機能を許可 >> ファイルとプリンターの共有のパブリックにチェック >> [OK]

環境

  • Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Build 16299
  • VirtualBox 5.2.2 r119230 (Qt5.6.2)
  • Ubuntu 16.04
  • Ubuntu 17.10

おまけ

通らなかった ping もこれで通るようになった。
