Mac, iphoneの純正アプリであるボイスメモのバックアップを取りたい場合、Macから以下のディレクトリをコピーすると良いです。
~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.VoiceMemos.shared/Recordings/
内部の.mp4で音声を確認できます。
