Android studioのemulatorでインターネットに繋がらない現象を解決する

Android studioでemulatorを起動し外部APIへGETリクエストを実行しようとするもレスポンスが取得できずなんでだろうと思っていたらそもそもインターネットにできない状態でした．

環境

端末: Nexus5X
API version: 28

現象

対応

ホスト側のDNSを8.8.8.8(GoogleのDNS)に変更後，emulatorを再起動することで解決
