macOS でIPアドレスからMACアドレスを知る

ESXiを稼働させているNUCのMACアドレスを調べようと思ったら、macOSではデフォルトでarpingがなかったのでインストールした（Catalinaで確認）。

brew install arping

/usr/local/Cellar/arping/2.21_1/sbin/arpingにインストールされるので、パスの通った場所にシンボリックリンクを張る。

ln -s /usr/local/Cellar/arping/2.21_1/sbin/arping /usr/local/bin/arping

root権限が必要なようなので、sudo付けて実行

sudo arpping <IPアドレス>
