レジストリエディタを起動し、\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MMC\SnapInsからイベントビューアに表示されているCLSIDを探し、ディレクトリごと削除して再起動。
イベントビューアを起動すると「スナップインを作成できませんでした。スナップインが正しくインストールされていない可能性があります。」が表示される事象が解決した時の備忘録
