以下のようにcom2secを複数書けばいい。
知らなかった。。

#vi /etc/snmpd/snmpd.conf

##       sec.name  source          community
#com2sec local     localhost       COMMUNITY
#com2sec mynetwork NETWORK/24      COMMUNITY
com2sec mynetwork 172.32.40.0/24   public
com2sec mynetwork 127.0.0.0/24   public
