This is just a bit of quick fun. I hope Santa brings you what you want this year! 
This file was started from a MUTEK.jp workshop this year. Derivative has posted all the recordings of the workshop if you missed any of it.
Instances
Uses 3D Noise TOP to generate position of the instances.
Nose
Rudolph's nose is a separate red sphere, with a red light attached of course. Position driven by a Noise CHOP.
The light is high output but set to falloff quickly.
There is also a little particle emitter attached to his nose, position also driven by same noise as above.
Rendering and Post
Separate Render Pass for the nose to add feedback.
Composited with snow after feedback. Snow uses Depth TOP and Luma Blur TOP for some fake depth of field.
Add some fog for depth.

Audio
Some looping jingle bells let you know Rudolph is around.
And Render Pick trigger for Santa.
Uses vfs:/ file system to make it easier dealing with external files.
