手順

plistにエントリを追加

defaults コマンドでエントリを追加して、シングルタッチ表示を有効にします。

$ defaults write com.apple.iphonesimulator ShowSingleTouches 1

Simulatorアプリを再起動

Simulatorアプリを再起動すると、タッチポインターが表示されるようになります。
