必要な手順

クライアント側

公開鍵と秘密鍵の作成

リモート側

クライアントから指定してくるユーザの**~/.ssh/authorized_keysに、ssh接続するユーザの公開鍵を登録**
devサーバのsampleユーザからprdサーバのrootユーザでsshする場合、sampleユーザの公開鍵をrootユーザのauthorized_keysに登録

両方にやること

適切なパーミッションの設定
適切な所有者、グループの設定

あいまいな点
・~/.ssh/known_hostsの設定
・~/.ssh/configの設定
