GitHub Actions で Skip になって PullRequest を Close/Reopen した話

前提条件

  • PullReqeuest で，CI が動くようになっている

状況

  • CI (GitHub Action) で Skip 状態になってどうにも re-run しても進まないような状態になってしまった
    • Skip になるような条件はあまり無さそうだった

対応

  • Close → Reopen したらRun 状態になった
    • とりあえず動いた
