Udemyでの返金対応をしてみた話

きっかけ

久しぶりにudemyへログインしたところこんなポップアップが出てきました

  • 下記のように選択

  • お問い合わせフォームに行くボタンを押下

入力する

  • 下部の送信ボタンを押す

購入履歴の返金タブ

  • 返金成功の場合は現金で振り込まれ、何らかの理由によって現金で振り込めなかった場合は、Udemyで使用できるポイントが付与されるようです！

追記

無事購入時と同じ金額が振り込まれていたのが確認できました!
