$ yarn add jquery
②エディタとか閉じて開き直す。 railsも再起動する。
③localhost:3000のページでoption+command+iでデベロッパーツールを開く。
④コンソールを選択して
console.log($.fn.jquery)
これで3.4.1とかバージョンが返ってくればok
