行末のはずのところに^Mのように表示され
実際に改行されていないファイルの場合。
: %s/^M/^M/g
初めの^Mを入力するときは
ctl+v の後 ctl+m
次の^Mを入力するときは
ctl+v の後 ctl+エンターキー
