「第6章 スプレッドシートで問合せボットをつくる」を試してみました。
「Google Apps Script」と「Chatwork」で問合せボットが作成できます。
質問する時は単語をスペース（半角でも全角でもOK）で区切って投稿します。
自然文（話し言葉）を解析する機能は実装していません。
