How to measure a light level of network devices

Overview

ファイバーを接続する時、した時にいつでも聞かれる「光の受光レベル」。
従ってお馴染みのコマンドになるわけなのだが、Junier/Ciscoの違いだけで無く
機器(OS,ファーム)によってもコマンドが異なるので忘れることがしばしば。
従って、ここにメモを残しておく
