PycharmでOpenCVの補完が効かない問題の解決

問題の特性上じきに解決されそうなものですがちょっと困ったので一応記事にしました．

現在（2022/8/17），Pycharmで利用できる最新番 opencv-python (4.6.0.66)ではコードの補完が効きません．

以下のIssueの内容によると4.5系にダウングレードすると補完が効きなおすようです．

Pycharmから特定のバージョンのインストールは，Setting/Project:~/Python Interpreter から opencv-python を選択，Specify version のプルダウンから指定し，Install Package から行えます．
