こちらの記事のコマンドを直接打てるようにしただけです。
何も考えず、下記をターミナルに打ち込んで再起動。
sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist
sudo rm /Users/$USER/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.windowserver.*.plist
途中でパスワード聞かれるので入れる。
