▼問題点
railsにてコマンドrails console と打ったが下記errorがでる。
Usage:
rails new APP_PATH [options]
▼対処手順
①qiitaで調べる
②gitやbundleの再インストールが必要？

③カレントディレクトリがプロジェクトと紐づいてないのでは？

どうやら、ターミナルを新しく立ち上げた際にカレントディレクトリが変更されていたようだ。
初歩的だが、同じ系統の過ちが多いので留意する。
