#VsCode で最後に編集した位置にカーソルが戻るコマンドは Go to Last Edit Location ( Mac ショートカットなら Command + K -> Command -> Q )

これで前のカーソル行に戻るのに Command + Z などを使って、編集状態まで戻さなくて済む。
