以下でキャッシュを削除
git rm --cached .env
次に変更をコミット
git commit -m"追跡やめます"
変更したブランチにプッシュ
git push origin some-branch
これで追跡を取りやめることができます。
developブランチでそのようなファイルがもともとあって、そこからブランチを切っている場合は後々エラーの原因になるので、ブランチ先でも同じように削除すること。
