Uncaught Error: If you want to use Reanimated 2 then go through our installation と言われたときの対処法

手元の状況

シミュレータをnpx react-native run-iosで立ち上げた時にsuccessfullyとconsoleに出るものの、画面がレンダリングされると下の画像のようなエラーが出てしまい、キャッシュの削除やpod installを試みたが、一向に解消されなかった。恥ずかしながら半日近く潰してしまったのでメモ。

対処法

とてもシンプルだが、debuggerを立ち上げていたことが原因だった。
cmd + dでstop chrome debuggerを選択。再度シミュレータを起動で正常に起動した。
