機械学習などに必要な数学とPythonでの実装を両方一度に数学初学者が理解できるわけではない。
機械学習に必要な数学は別途入門が必要。
逆に言えば、それをわかってる人でPythonでの実装方法がわからない人には重宝する。

Without understandin of original math theory, it ends with only copying and writing Python source code.
Mathmatics beginners can't learn both mathmatics required for machine learning and a implementation of it by Python at once.
To learn mathmatics for machine learning for beginners needs to be done in other way.
On the contrary, this book is gift for those who already finished learning mathmatics for machine learning.
