微妙に古い linux でシンボリックリンクした unit ファイルに sudo systemctl enable したら "Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory" になる時

結論

/etc/systemd/system への ln -s をやめて、cp する

背景

いつも unit file を /etc/systemd/system に ln -s して使っていたのですが、debian 8.0 でやってみると

Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory

と謎のエラー、対象の unit ファイルは確かに /etc/systemd/system の下にシンボリックリンクとして存在してるのでなぜ no such file なんて言われるのかわからない

ググると systemctl enable with an absolute path as argument cannot be used to create template instances #661 がみつかる

感想

systemd やっぱ好きになれない
