git cloneでfatal: could not create work tree dir 'xxxx': Permission denied

結論

cloneする先のwindows側の書き込み権限のせいだった。cloneする先のディレクトリを変えれば良い　(documents直下等ならOK)

githubへのアクセス権限と信じて疑わなかったから結構詰まった。
