Engine modules are out of date, and cannot be compiled while the engine is running. Please build through your IDE.

Unreal Engineのソースビルドのエンジンで.uproject ファイルを開こうとするとこのようなエラーが出る場合があります。

解決法

  1. プロジェクト名.slnを開く
    slnファイルがない場合は、プロジェクト名.uprojectを右クリックして、Generate Visual Studio project filesを選択してください。

  2. ビルド構成を選択する
    ドロップダウンから Development Editorを選択する
    buildConfiguration.png

  3. ビルドする
    ソリューションのビルドを実行する
