Salesforceの積み上げ集計があり、通常は取引先から商談の金額項目の設定などが可能です

しかしながら、高度な通貨管理が有効の場合、金額の項目の選択ができなくなります

回避策として、自動化を作成して対応することがヘルプで記載されています。
