Salesforceのコンテンツ配信機能について解説

※Classic環境のみの出来る機能です

まずはファイルをSalesforceにアップロードしましょう

こちらが通常のファイル画面です

しかしながらユーザーの設定で「Salesforce CRM Content ユーザー」にチェックがついているユーザーの場合は

右上に「コンテンツ詳細ページに移動」ボタンが出ます。
こちらをクリックしましょう

コンテンツ配信画面が出ます

image.png

こちらから配信期限やパスワードを設定しましょう

こちらでコンテンツ配信が完了です

少し待てばURLが作成されます

作成されたURLを共有するとURLを知る人にSalesforceでアップロードした画像などを参照やダウンロードをさせることが可能です
