色々Googleしましたが、最後は自分の方法で対応しました。
疲れました
１）SourceTree は閉めていること
２）C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\から "bookmarks.xml", "opentabs.xml", "userhosts" を削除する
３）SourceTree を再起動する
以上のです。
