'FileList' の種類は、'--downlevelIteration' フラグを使用している場合、または 'es2015' 以降の '--target' を使用している場合にのみ反復処理できます

対処法

tsconfig.json ファイルに "downlevelIteration": true を追加する。
もしくは、tsconfig.json ファイルで "target": "es2015" またはそれ以降を設定する。

原因

初期設定などで tsconfig.json の target:es5 などの古いものになっていると発生する。
