英語のままでも特に問題は無いのだけど、調べてみたら日本語化が可能との事だったのでメモ
以下、参考にさせて頂きました。

githubにて公開されているIDEA_resource_jpよりresource_jp.jarを取得して
AndroidStudio/lib配下へ配置するだけ。
配置が完了したらAndroidStudioを再起動するだけ。
