上記のようにImageProccessingディレクトリが非活性状態となり選択できない。
どうやらディレクトリを.gitignoreファイルでgit管理下から除外しているからではないかとのこと
調べてみると.gitignoreはルートにあるらしいので
rm .gitignore
git fetch origin master
git merge origin/master
git push origin mater
で無事開けた
