【Salesforce】SalesforceのVisualforceにてPDF出力した際は外字の表示ができない

問題

取引先責任者の名前が「Arial Unicode MS」でサポートされていない外字を使用していた。

PDFで取引先責任者の名前を使用し、請求書などを作成していた。

解決策

無し

または要件定義時に「外字は無理」と固めておく必要がある。

根拠

Salesforceサポートに問い合わせたところ、「本事象を回避して頂く方法はご用意がございません。」と返答有り。
