キーボードショートカットの設定

設定>時刻と言語>言語と地域>日本語の三点リーダー>言語のオプション>Microsoft IMEの三点リーダー>キーボードオプション

互換性>以前のバージョンのMicrosoft IMEを使うにチェックを入れる

下にある「詳細設定を開く」から設定画面を開く。
全般>編集操作>キー設定の「変更」をクリック。

キー追加>F13を追加し、すべて「IME-オン/オフ」に設定

キーの割り当て

PowerToysをインストール
https://learn.microsoft.com/ja-jp/windows/powertoys/install

入出力>Keyboard Managerでキーの再マップを設定し、Caps LockにF13を、VK 240にDisableを設定。

これでCapsLockキーを押した際に日本語・英語入力が切り替わる
