選択範囲を右ダブルクリックでコピぺできるように設定

Git Bash 上部を右クリックして「プロパティ」を開いて、「オプション」タブを選択
簡易編集モードにチェックを入れる
範囲を指定して右クリック×2
コピペされる

ペーストだけしたい場合

範囲選択せずに右クリック、もしくは、
ctl + yでペーストできる
