Error starting userland proxy: Bind for 0.0.0.0:XXXX failed: port is already allocated

Bind for 0.0.0.0:8000 failed: port is already allocated

自分の場合上記のエラーが出た。
コンテナは全てストップしているが、ポートが占有されてゾンビ化しているらしい。
Dockerを再起動しても治らないらしい。

PIDを調べる
$ sudo lsof -i:8000

COMMAND   PID   USER   FD   TYPE             DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
node    72234    muu   13u  IPv6 0x6d0e948670f199df      0t0  TCP *:irdmi (LISTEN)

PIDをKillして解決
$ kill -9 72234
