VisualStudioの背景を暗い色にすると、インテリセンスで出てくるパラ－メータヒント内の文字が見にくい（と言うか見えない文字もある）。
あちこちうろついてやっと解決。
文字の前景色＝白、背景色＝青、文字サイズ＝１０に変更した結果。
VisualStudio 2019 の「ツール」-「オプション」から行く。
「環境-フォントおよび色」を選択したら･･･
文字の前景色とサイズは「エディタのツールヒント」で設定する。
背景色は「環境」で設定する。
