[Intra-mart] How to export/import master data

Goal

This article will tell you how to export and import the master data of Intra-mart.

Prerequisites

• Intra-mart is already set up and running
• Tenant manager is ready

Export steps

1. Login as tenant manager(tenant admin user)

1. Find "Jobnet setting" menu from sitemap

1. Find "Export" category under "IM common master"
   

2. Find jobnet "company / department" and "Execute immediately"
   

3. A dispatch message is shown
   

4. Move to "Jobnet Monitor list" screen
   

5. Find "Success" status
   

6. To check exported files, go to "File operation" screen
   

7. Find company.xml in the storage(e.g. default/im_master/data/default/company.xml)
   

8. Execute user exports in the same way
   

9. Execute account exports and role exports as well
   

10. Find account export files and role export files under the storage(e.g. default/account.xml, default/role.xml)
    

Import steps

1. Prepare exported files; upload files to the storage in the same path as those exported
   

2. Find import jobnet category from the jobnet list
   

3. Find company import jobnet when you want to import company and department data
   

4. A dispatch message is shown
   

5. Find import jobnet status "Success"
