またモバイルでは機能しないと書かれていますが、VF Pageに専用のタグがあるようです。
Although Salesforce has a specific VisualForce tag "support:clickToDial for CTI adapters this will not work for mobile dialers although most web browser integrations such as Skype will work with this.
