If this error is displayed, the account is temporarily locked and login is prohibited.

The account is unlocked automatically in approx. 1 hour.

When Salesforce Authenticator displays "Error: Allowed number of retries is exceeded," the following procedure can be used to log in:

  1. From the error screen, click [Select another verification method].

  2. Select [Use the verification application code].

  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in Salesforce Authenticator.

It is also possible for a system administrator user to log in by "

generating a temporary identity verification code

このエラーが表示された場合、アカウントは一時的にロックされ、ログインできません。

アカウントのロックは約1時間後に自動的に解除されます。

Salesforce Authenticator に「エラー:再試行回数の上限を超えました」と表示された場合は、以下の手順でログインできます。

  1. エラー画面で [別の検証方法を選択] をクリックします。

  2. [検証アプリケーションコードを使用する] を選択します。

  3. Salesforce Authenticator に表示されている6桁の確認コードを入力します。

システム管理者ユーザーは、「一時的な本人確認コードを生成する」ことでログインすることも可能です。
