cannot find "salesforce surveys advanced features" Salesforce Survey の高度な機能」が見つかりません。
I had this same problem at my Playground. To solve this, I had to create a new Playground. Because I created my Playground some time ago, and I believe that the playgrounds created previously, are not updated with the new features of Salesforce.

ああ、権限セットでいきなり Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features がない。
- I cannot find "salesforce surveys advanced features"
- 'Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features' is missing from permission set
- 'Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features' is missing from permission set.
You need to have a license named Salesforce Feedback Management to be able to have access to Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features permission.
別途ライセンスがいる？る。
最近作った新しいプレイグランドを使っているよ。何だこりゃ。

他の環境にもない。この環境でsurveyの他のチャレンジは完了しているのに...

Add Merge Fields Within Your Surveys

Configure Merge Fieldsのセクションだけを実施して、確認ボタンを押すと
We can't find a survey named 'Post-Chat Feedback'.
Insert Merge Fieldsを実施して、確認ボタンを押すと
We can't find a survey named 'Post-Chat Feedback'.
考えたら保存してない。保存を押すと。
エラーになる。ああどんどんやる気がなくなる。
ここからの説明は全く理解できません。しかたないのでスキップ。

やっと保存できると思ったができない。
何にも指示がない。
仕方ないのでxxxとyyyを入力。 保存できたな。
ここでチェックボタンをクリック。

残りを設定して確認ボタンを押したら終了しました。 だんだんやる気が失せてきた。

アクティブな「チャット後のフィードバック」という名前の調査が見つかりません。 「サポート後のチャットの機会」と「サポート ケースのエスカレーション後のエスカレーション」という名前のデータ マップを作成してから、調査を有効にしてください。

We can’t find a merge field for Birthdate in the Post-support case escalation data map.
I was finally able to pass that challenge. I needed it to activate it first.
Post Chat Settingsがない

- I cant see this "Select a Post-Chat Survey" when i am trying to set the Chat for surveys in my playgound org
- I have problem seeing the post-chat feedback on the edit chat settings. i need help to complete the challenge
I have just decreased the browser Zoom by clicking on Zoom- and the look up field has shown the list of available surveys and I have selected the appropriate one.
This field does not exist, so you can safely skip this step.

So I kept zooming out and testing and had to zoom out to something like 50%, very tiny text, and it showed up. So I had not zoomed out enough I guess :).
そこで、ズームアウトしてテストを続け、50% 程度の非常に小さなテキストまでズームアウトする必要がありましたが、表示されました。だから、十分にズームアウトしていなかったと思います:)。
