The relationship name "Propertiesr" is already used by custom field Propertyc.Broker__c. Please rename existing relationship name.'

原因がはっきりしました

止めて欲しいなぁ、違うパッケージに同じ名前でオブジェクトつくるのは...

This error is occurring because the dreamhouse app package also contain the same object and field API name which were already used in your playground.
I recommend creating a new playground.

You can resolve this issue by deleting or rename the custom field "Properties__r" in your trailhead playground but I would recommend you to simply create a new trailhead playground and then install the package there.

Why trailhead is not finding the Broker__c custom object

Did you do the following?

Import DreamHouse Data

Click , type Dream in the Search box, and then select the DreamHouse app.
Click the Data Import tab. (If you don’t see the Data Import tab, expand the More list.)
Click Initialize Sample Data.
In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
Click the Properties tab, and familiarize yourself with the sample data.

Error: Invalid Data. Review all error messages below to correct your data.

Try checking the Property object in the object manager.
